Who are we?

We are a team of former Capture Managers and Business Development Professionals, and we have had the privilege of assembling a talented and dedicated team to support our mission. Our collective expertise encompasses a range of backgrounds and experiences. With a team of professionals who have excelled in various industries, including sales, business development, and government relations, we possess the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.

When I initially started this journey, I was a rookie, new to sales, new to the business, and new to Washington DC. As an individual, it can be challenging to gain traction and secure significant opportunities. However, I was fortunate to learn from a record-breaking sales rep who was subsequently promoted to become my manager. Together, we mastered the methodologies and techniques necessary to succeed in the government sector and consistently generate business year after year.

With our collaborative approach and shared commitment to excellence, we are dedicated to supporting our clients' growth, establishing strong relationships, and consistently achieving outstanding results.

We mentor and coach companies throughout this process. We utilize a methodology that is a proven, successful, repeatable, and scalable government business practice.

Why we do what we do?

After I got out of the corporate world, and started the company 16 years ago and began to call the government, this made me realize that there is a huge communication gap between industry and government because they don't speak the same language. What's so hard about it? Because we did it for years and I'm not a college graduate, don't have a master's degree or I am not a Ph.D. I mean, I was able to do it even though I was new to the area.

Most companies don't do business with the government because they're not able to do it. After realizing this problem, we started applying the techniques we learned in large corporate America and introduced it in a fashion that can help small to large businesses. When we did it, we were able to help over 100 companies achieve hundreds of millions of dollars in government contracts and orders. We now aim to share this knowledge we gained over the years, so more businesses can benefit.


What makes us different?

We were all sales reps for large companies and we know these methodologies because we learned them and did it very well. We do one-on-one coaching. We do only work with a handful of companies that meet certain criteria due to bandwidth.

We have a retainer fee and a success fee, so we have a vested interest in getting business. We help you get these contracts and show you how to build a government business.
