This is a very important question. I would highly encourage each and every one of you to go find a company and let them mentor you on how to do business with the government.

You might have this question that why would a company do that? There are many reasons. There are so many that I can't even discuss them in this short blog, but basically, there are several companies out there that are more than willing to mentor you. As a matter of fact, a lot of the most successful small businesses have had a mentor through their entire growth process in the federal government.

The sooner that you attach yourself to a mentor or develop a relationship with the mentor, the quicker that process is for you to get the revenue and to grow because there are so many things to learn.
